These sessions will focus on Youth Policies and Programmes since the Lisbon Declaration of 1998, as well as on the current megatrends that impact Youth and the implementation of the 2030 Agenda.

The World Conference and the Youth Forum discussions will be held simultaneously with different methodologies. In the Youth Forum, the discussion will be held in three parallel sessions: Youth Transitions, Skills, and Decent Work; Innovation and Digital Transformation; and Population and Development.

These sessions will focus on the new and renewed commitments 21 years after the Lisbon Declaration in order to address current and future challenges impacting young people in the framework of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The World Conference and the Youth Forum discussions will be held simultaneously with different methodologies. In the Youth Forum, the discussion will be held in three parallel sessions: Human and Youth Rights; Governance and Participation; and Sustainable Development.

Delegations will have the opportunity to intervene for 2 minutes shared between the Head of Delegation and the Young Delegate, in a co-management model.
